  • Ice cream is best enjoyed at approximately -13°C when it's starting to melt but not runny. To soften your ice cream evenly, thaw it in the fridge for 10 - 30 minutes depending on the flavour. It is ready for scooping when it doesn't resist being scooped out. Scoop too early you won't enjoy the texture and won't be able to taste much and too late you'll have milkshake on your hands.


    Refreeze only if the ice cream hasn't completely melted otherwise you get ice crystals in your tub. We encourage you to indulge in the whole pint with a few companions or by yourself, no judgement here.
